The Behavioral Health Improvement Institute (BHII) works shoulder to shoulder with community partners to improve behavioral health practice and outcomes for underserved populations. BHII is a go-to hub for behavioral health-related program evaluation and technical assistance in New Hampshire and beyond. BHII’s work is driven by a shared values framework: Beholden to local stakeholders, dedicated to the learning needs of our partners, infused with the most relevant scholarship and data, and aimed at maximum and equitable population-level impact. BHII uses data, scholarly literature, and practice expertise to help the people who help others do it better.

BHII seeks ambitious and talented program evaluators to join our growing team. The positions require competence working in a team environment under conditions of ambiguity; coordinating a large, evolving array of projects; maintaining effective communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders; supporting project staff in developing and maintaining data and documentation routines; interfacing with, interpreting, and supporting the effective use of quantitative data; reviewing and compiling scholarly literature; and contributing to the development of evaluation tools, reports, and other project deliverables. Master’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education
A minimum of three years training/background in applied research/program evaluation
Content expertise in early childhood, mental/behavioral health, public health, or human services

Doctoral degree from an accredited institution of higher education

Salary is commensurate with experience, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, retirement, tuition, and paid time off. Positions are contingent upon sufficient external funding.
